IT Business Partner

Job Summary

Our client in the banking industry is looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to support application development initiatives. The role will focus on gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring that system development aligns with business needs.

This position is project-based and requires candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Roles & Job Description:

• Conduct business requirement analysis and translate them into system requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors in application development and enhancement.

• Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis (As-Is & To-Be), and prepare functional documentation.

• Support the application development process from analysis, development, testing (SIT/UAT), to production implementation.

• Ensure that the developed solutions align with business needs and company standards.

• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as IT Business Analyst / System Analyst.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and BRD.

• Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application development projects.

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or multifinance industry is a plus.

• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
