IT Business Process Improvement Officer

Analyzes and documents business processes, creates SOPs, and suggests improvements to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.

• Draw business process flows from operational into diagrams according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Actively coordinate and consult with business users for any changes or updates on business process in operational.
• Actively gather complaints from business users for area lack of automation.
• Find and suggest area of improvement in business process to business users including any reengineering of business process if needed according to best practices from industry.
• Coordinate with business users for routinely updating the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) according to current business process in operational.
• Provide proper documentation for business process improvement.
• Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Studies/ Management Studies
Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience
Special Skills : • Have knowledge in design & develop the Standard Operating Procedure
