The future of how customers buy from KI is still being written, and you’ll help shape it. This is your chance to redefine what's possible for how KI connects with its customers. As IT's primary strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, E-Commerce, and Customer Experience, you'll own the technology behind KI's commercial engine, from how dealers and customers discover, quote, and order KI products to how KI markets, prices, and supports them. You'll set the roadmap, lead a team of talented business analysts, and bring AI, automation, and digital innovation to every step of the customer journey. If you're a forward-thinking leader who wants to be a true business partner, who is energized by the chance to take KI's IT to what's possible, this is the role for you.
Why This Role Matters

Be IT's Strategic Partner to the Business - Serve as the trusted technology advisor to KI's commercial leaders, building relationships from frontline users to executives and making decisions together, as one team.
Reimagine the Customer Experience - Champion the end-to-end experience across quote-to-cash, ordering, order visibility, and customer service, using customer journey insights to make KI easier to do business with at every turn.
Grow KI's Digital Business - Own the E-Commerce roadmap, including B2B ordering and dealer and customer portals, expanding self-service and accelerating digital revenue.
Power the Commercial Engine - Shape the CRM, quoting, CPQ, marketing technology, and product and pricing data that help Sales and Marketing win, and keep every channel accurate and consistent.
Bring AI and Automation to the Front Line - Identify and champion AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities that help KI sell smarter, market better, and serve customers faster.
Build a Forward-Thinking Team - Lead and develop business analysts who anticipate needs, challenge the status quo, and grow into the next generation of business partners and product owners.
Grow Your Career and Your Influence - Step into a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leaders and a path toward broader IT leadership as KI's technology landscape evolves.

What You'll Do

Serve as IT's primary point of contact and strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Product Management, E-Commerce, and Customer Experience.
