The Role\: IT Business Support Intern

- Gathering and analysing business requirements for problems in the front office (e.g. sales and service) and back office (e.g. development, supply chain, internal IT).
- Create tool mock-ups (in collaboration with interns from outside Japan)
- Assist in running improvement groups
- Provide support to overseas teams in the development and operation of business applications
