IT Change Manager - Utilities
- Initial 7-month contract with the potential view to extend

Our client, a leading organisation within the utilities sector, is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of three concurrent technology initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative project team and play a key role in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and user adoption across a portfolio of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans across multiple IT projects.
- Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement activities.
- Complete change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
- Develop business readiness and transition plans.
- Prepare and deliver manager briefings and stakeholder communications.
- Develop, customise and maintain training materials and user guides.
Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management for IT or digital transformation projects.
- Experience completing stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within enterprise or infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
- Formal Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) is advantageous.
