IT Compliance Analyst

You will develop and maintain an IT compliance program, conduct risk assessments, lead access recertification and vendor-risk processes, and manage compliance documentation. You will review vendor materials, identify and remediate gaps, prepare reports and dashboards, and contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an IT compliance program
• Conduct risk assessments on internal processes and systems
• Lead access recertification and vendor-risk assessment processes
• Draft, manage, and update internal compliance policies and documentation
• Review vendor documentation for regulatory and security alignment
• Analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and implement remedial actions
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and summaries
• Contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering presentations

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency
• 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or a related field
• CISA, CISSP, Security+, or similar security certification
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance guidelines
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Law, Business, or a related discipline
