A top-tier IT consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to advise clients on strategy, systems, and implementation.
About the role
Propose Linux and Windows infrastructure solutions, including operating systems, SAN storage, and related system software. Handle technical solution design in complex multi-vendor environments and provide infrastructure best-practice recommendations.
Key responsibilities
Propose Linux and Windows infrastructure solutions, including operating systems, SAN storage, and related system software
Provide infrastructure best-practice recommendation
Lead technical discussions and prepare proposals
Deliver solution presentations to prospective customers
Address customer technical enquiries and manage follow-up actions
Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to provide pre-sales and project technical support
Build long-term customer relationships and promote infrastructure services that support customers' digital transformation needs
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, technical consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales.
Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows Systems, VMware or other hypervisor platforms, storage solutions, patch management, and MDM deployment tools.
Experience in proposing, and presenting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions to customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, customer-engagement, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
