Summary

Oversee IT change requests, coordinate deployments, and ensure smooth system updates while managing risks and stakeholder communications.

Job Description:

Create, raise, and manage Change Requests (CRs) aligned with project and deployment requirements.
Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Ensure all required approvals and documentation are completed prior to CR implementation.
Coordinate with Development,QA, and Operations teams to enable smooth deployment and release activities.
Follow structured change management and release governance processes to maintain compliance.
Track CRs end-to-end, providing regular and timely status updates to stakeholders.
Manage month-end and beginning volume cycles, ensuring adherence to strict cut-off timelines.
Lead PAS/Oracle AR reconciliation team and prioritized tasks based on business deadlines.
Troubleshoot system and process issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized business solutions.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Change Request (CR) Management, Impact Analysis & Risk Assessment, Release & Change Governance, Stakeholder Communication & Reporting, Deployment Coordination (Dev, QA, Ops), UAT Coordination, Data Analysis & Validation, SQL (Basic), Oracle AR / PAS Systems, Incident Management & Issue Resolution, Project & Operations Management.
