IT Coordinator - Release Management

We are seeking an IT Coordinator to act as an on-site resource responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between CoorB teams and downstream Client’s teams. The role focuses on supporting the release lifecycle, maintaining alignment across teams, and promoting smooth, high-quality deliveries. The IT Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that releases are executed efficiently with minimal risks or delays.

• Act as the primary liaison between CoorB teams and downstream Client’s teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
  

• Coordinate and track end-to-end release activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases
  

• Support the release cycle by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when needed
  

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are clearly managed
  

• Organize and lead release related meetings (planning, readiness, status updates) and follow up on action items
  

• Maintain release documentation, status reports, and communication updates for stakeholders
  

• Monitor delivery health and promote best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality releases
  

• Track issues, risks, and blockers, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up
  

• Support testing, deployment coordination, and post-release validation activities
  

• Ensure adherence to internal processes, change management, and release standards
