IT Coordinator & Systems Manager

At Zilli Hospitality Group, technology supports everything from weddings and corporate events to catering operations and our corporate office. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes.
As our IT Coordinator / Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to technology resource for employees while partnering with our Managed Service Provider to keep systems running smoothly across multiple venues and office locations. One day you might be setting up new employee laptops, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, or helping improve our catering software. The next, you'll coordinate a network upgrade or support technology for one of Milwaukee's premier event venues.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact across an organization.
You'll be responsible for:

Providing day-to-day technology support for employees

Managing user accounts, hardware, and software

Serving as the internal owner of our Fusion catering software

Partnering with our Managed Service Provider to resolve issues and improve service

Supporting Microsoft 365 and business applications

Coordinating technology projects across multiple venues

Training employees on technology tools and best practices

Helping maintain a secure, reliable technology environment
We're looking for someone with:

5 years of IT support or systems administration experience

Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge

Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills

Experience working with vendors or managed IT providers

Strong organization and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
