Summary
Senior Business Analyst responsible for evolving rating and LGD applications, gathering requirements, writing functional specs, performing QA, providing support, and improving processes within an Agile Scrum environment, primarily using SQL and financial domain knowledge.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have to participate in the evolution of the Rating and
LGD applications used to manage the counterparties rating and LGD calculation.
Your role will include:
- Gathering user requirements, performing requirements’ analysis and writing
- functional specifications
- Performing quality assurance, by defining and executing test cases
- Developing positive relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Designing, documenting and maintaining system processes
- Providing users with first line support
- Providing proposals on improving operational efficiency
- Acting as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Applying best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
- Working in an Agile environment with a Scrum framework
Functional Skills:
- Professional / Academic knowledge in Economics/Finance/Risk
Management/Banking (must have)
- Experience as business analyst or having worked on IT projects in Financial Institutions must have)
Technical Skills:
- SQL knowledge (nice to have)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and dynamic environment.
