IT Cyber Security - Network Hardware (Staff level)

Requirements :

• Graduated / majoring in IT, computer science, cyber security, or related

• Min. 2 years experience in IT infrastucture or cyber security

• Good knowladge of server platform and operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux

• Understand of computer network, LAN/WAN, trouble shooting, other network equipment

• Able or familiar to operate and trouble shoot network devices such as Cisco, MikroTik or equivalent equipment

• Familiar with network security devices and technologies (firewall, VPN, access control)

• Familiar and able to operate security tools (Fortigate, Apex One, Sentinel One, Tanium, etc)

• Able to perform basic security incident investigation, troubleshooting, and follow-up actions

• Understanding of cloud security and basic cloud networking concepts is an advantage

• ble to perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, and regular monitoring of IT infrastructure.

• Able to prepare technical documentation, maintenance records, incident reports, and other IT-related reports

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team

• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to conduct business trips when required

• Strong sense of security awareness, responsibility, and confidentiality when handling company systems and data.
