IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT/INFOSEC)

Responsible for the set-up, quality assurance, validation and reporting of schedules for major financial information systems.

Reviews production control logs, systems lists (SYSLISTS) and operator messages to ensure that application programs are executed successfully.

Participates in Software Integration Testing (SIT), Software Quality acceptance Testing (SQT) and Systems Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new and/or revised standardized systems.

Determines Control-M logic and codes, tests, debugs and prepares operator instructions and documentation.

Performs systems analysis of existing system(s), if any, and confers with user representatives to obtain needed supplementary information. Creates necessary procedures and job profiles to accomplish for mainframe system.

Assists leads and software developers with the preparation of proposed and recommended changes in job streams/applications in preparation of System Change Request(SCR)/Demands when requested.

Issues System recovery and/or restart Control-M commands to the appropriate system jobs as warranted by the situation. Analyzes job schedules, flow design deficiencies and modifies appropriate Control-M programming to preclude systems abends.
