IT Data Analyst (IN OFFICE)

Job Summary

The Data Analytics Professional turns business data into clear, actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, analysis, and stakeholder support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes, validates, and interprets data from business systems and reporting sources.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users and leadership.
• Gathers requirements and translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Identifies trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Ensures reporting accuracy, documentation, and alignment with business definitions.
• Supports recurring reports, and user guidance on reporting tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Experience creating, maintaining and troubleshooting SSRS reports preferred.
• Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, SSRS, or other similar platforms preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
