IT- DATA ANALYST

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

We are looking for a technically skilled IT- Data Analyst to provide dedicated technical, programming, and reporting support. The role will focus on FICS system support, servicing data extraction, report generation, and coordination with Management and the U.S.-based development team to address system and operational requirements.

💻 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary contact for FICS-related technical support and system concerns.

• Coordinate directly with Senior Developer regarding FICS projects, system enhancements, and technical requirements.

• Prepare and manage servicing reports, including data tapes, year-end reports, and other management-required reports.

• Perform servicing file extraction, data collection, consolidation, and validation.

• Develop, maintain, and improve Excel-based reports, templates, and reporting tools.

• Provide technical and programming support for servicing-related systems, reports, and data requirements.

• Coordinate with Management to gather data and identify reporting or system needs.

• Handle other IT, programming, and reporting requirements specific to Servicing operations.

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Programming, or a related field.

• Strong background in IT, programming, or technical support.

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and reporting.

• Experience in database management, data extraction, and report generation.

• Knowledge of SQL, programming languages, or scripting is an advantage.

• Experience with FICS or other mortgage servicing systems is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Pentaho Reporting is a strong advantage.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of data.

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with Management and development teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical and reporting requirements.
