IT Database/System Administrator III

We are seeking an experienced IT Database/System Administrator to perform Level 3 engineering work. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with SailPoint, especially Identity Security Cloud (ISC), and can take business requirements from design through implementation. You will be a senior technical resource responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining identity solutions that keep access secure, compliant, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 3 engineering tasks for the IAM platform, including advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and solution delivery.
• Set up, configure, and maintain SailPoint IQService and Virtual Appliance (VA) servers.
• Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes such as joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
• Build and support SCIM-based integrations with target applications and systems.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and implement them in SailPoint.
• Work with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to onboard applications and improve access governance.
• Document designs, configurations, and operating procedures.

Must Haves

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ accepted; Identity Security Cloud strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of SailPoint ISC, including setting up IQService and VA servers.
• In-depth knowledge of IGA concepts and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
• Proven experience building SCIM integrations.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and implement them end to end.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of SailPoint Machine Identity Security (MIS) and Entro modules.
• Experience with discovery and management of Non-Human Identities (NHI), including service accounts, bots, and Agentic AI identities.
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., ISC Engineer or IdentityIQ Engineer).
