IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)

The Delivery Manager acts as the Project Manager for project activities, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage projects and ensure timely, end-to-end project delivery. The role also directs the development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality, and effort.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Project Manager for project activities

• Manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology

• Ensure timely, end-to-end project delivery

• Direct the development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality, and effort

• Perform project management responsibilities using either Waterfall or Agile methodology

• Prepare, create, and maintain the Project Plan and Work Plan, and secure the necessary approvals, as applicable

• Prepare and create Project Status Reports, including reporting on delivery schedule, quality, and scope

• Track project budget and costs, as applicable

• Ensure proper documentation of all project risks and issues

• Work with the Project Team to facilitate resolution and ensure timely escalation when necessary

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant Delivery Manager experience

• Strong IT Infrastructure background / infrastructure-skilled Delivery Manager

• Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong project management, planning, coordination, and resource management skills

• Experience in managing project schedules, scope, quality, budget, risks, and issues
