IT Delivery Manager (m/f)

• Coordinate IT delivery across international projects for different banks within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, supporting timely and quality delivery
• Act as a link between business stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
• Coordinate delivery activities across teams, following up on progress, priorities, dependencies and release readiness
• Facilitate alignment on business and technical topics, ensuring clear communication and involvement of relevant stakeholders
• Monitor delivery challenges and blockers, connecting the relevant teams and driving timely resolution

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• Practical experience on similar positions;
• Proactive with high motivation in work and focus on final product, orientation to results;
• Teamwork and cooperation skills;
• Very good communications skills
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics or economy
• English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, understanding complex technical statements and documents associated with duties
