IT Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Fully responsible for project scope, resource, time and deliverables quality.

2.Accountable for stake holder relationship and expectation in term of both new features development and as-is features maintenance.

3.Work very closely with technical lead (TL) to ensure appropriate technology and solution are used efficiently and in line with company standards

4.Drive and manage quality and performance of software deliverables. Lead the issue resolution / workaround plus oversee technical issues in the future.

5.Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objective, dependencies, and timeline.

6.Estimate resources and cost to reach objective and manage resources in an effective and efficient on resources capability.

7.Prepare budget and track project costs to meet budget plan and prepare the financial and procurement documents for both purchaser and vendor contract.

8.Manage backlogs prioritization, resources utilization and Release Planning.

9.Monitor, track, and control project progress, resolve issues, blockers, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

10. Able to manage production Incidents and problems to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System or related fields.

· More than 15 years’ experience in IT project management, IT Software delivery or IT consulting.

· Knowledge of fundamental Project Management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

· Experience in Software Development in Banking or Financial / Insurance Industry.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate team members and drive on-time delivery.
