IT Delivery Partner / IT Business Partner

Salary: £58,000 - 67,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital, IT, or business transformation portfolios
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
  • Experience managing budgets, governance, resources, and delivery performance
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing suppliers and contracts
  • Experience translating organisational strategy into technology-enabled outcomes
  • Knowledge of Agile, product-led delivery, and modern technology operating models
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Experience within the public sector or another complex multi-stakeholder environment would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of a portfolio of digital, technology, and business change programmes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
  • Manage portfolio priorities, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Support the adoption of Agile and product-led delivery methodologies
  • Oversee supplier, vendor, and contract management activities
  • Ensure projects and services are delivered in line with governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation across technology investments
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Provide strategic oversight, reporting, and assurance to senior stakeholders
