About the role
We are seeking a talented IT & Design Grafis professional to join our team on a contract basis in Pangandaran, West Java. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations by bridging the gap between technical IT support and creative graphic design. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure whilst also delivering high-quality graphic design solutions that enhance our brand presence and guest communications. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilise both your technical IT expertise and creative design capabilities in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
Provide comprehensive IT support to staff and guests, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Maintain and monitor the property's IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems
Design and create graphic materials including marketing collateral, signage, social media content, and promotional materials
Manage digital content and assist with website updates and online presence
Provide technical support for design software and creative tools
Collaborate with department heads to identify IT and design requirements
Ensure data security and compliance with IT protocols and standards
Conduct regular system backups and perform preventative IT maintenance
Create visual designs that align with CASABADIA VILLAS PANGANDARAN BY HORISON brand guidelines
What we're looking for
Proven experience in IT support and helpdesk services within a hospitality or similar environment
Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
Technical knowledge of networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication
Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Relevant certification in IT support or technical field is advantageous
Portfolio of previous graphic design work demonstrating creativity and technical skill
