IT Desktop Support - Braunschweig

‍ I am hiring for a Desktop Support Technician ‍

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Braunschweig, Germany

Staff needed: 1x person

Duration: 4 Months

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

️ Application of skills and company policies/procedures

️ Wide range of tasks i.e. computer hardware, software, operating system support

️ Maintain ticket updates for all work

️ Experience of working in a user support environment

️ Knowledge and experience of End User Devices and Hardware

️ This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

5 years IT experience ‍

Level 1/2 technician

Have at A+, Server+. And other OEM server certifications

Must hold a valid work permit 🪪

Speak Deutsche/German to a good level - B2 minimum️.

Salary: Depends on experience
