Job Scope:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to IT devices.
Provide technical support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for supported hardware and software.
Monitor, evaluating and establishing system performance specifications.
Install and configure personal computers, laptops, servers, and other IT hardware.
Provide training to colleague and collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
Perform regular system checks and maintenance to prevent hardware failures.
Job Requirements:
Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
