  • Provide first-level support for network connectivity, Teams Phone, CCTV, access control, POS and other Club IT systems.

  • Coordinate with senior IT staff and vendors on technical issues, repairs and maintenance.

  • Report system faults, unusual conditions and recurring issues promptly.

  • Follow TMCC IT security, data protection and acceptable-use policies, and report suspected security incidents, phishing, malware or unauthorised access immediately.

  • Maintain IT support records, troubleshooting guides and relevant documentation.

  • Assist with backups, audits, system housekeeping and other IT operational tasks.

  • Perform other IT duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the IT Manager or designated supervisor.

  • Work during weekends and public holidays when required.

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates with suitable technical training or internship experience may be considered.

  • Experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, club, retail or multi-site operational environment is advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity and printer troubleshooting.

  • Ability to diagnose common hardware, software, account, access and connectivity issues.

  • Strong customer service, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate effectively with senior IT staff, vendors and Club users.
