Are you ready to be part of one of the world’s largest and most innovative EPC companies? Fluor is seeking a talented IT Desktop Technician for a short-term contract, roughly 3 months. This is your chance to work with a global leader, providing cutting-edge EPC services to both government and private-sector clients across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on support with Windows OS

  • Address user issues with hardware, software, and network

  • Utilize your working knowledge of the ServiceNow ticketing tool

  • Build new Windows OS/images on laptops and desktops

  • Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional

  • Conduct remote troubleshooting

  • Maintain a customer-oriented attitude

  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with wider teams

  • Manage meeting room/Audio-Video setups

  • Utilize your working knowledge of MS-Office 365 suites/applications

  • Perform network switch patching connections
