IT Developer Officer
About the Role
We are looking for an IT Developer to join our team and support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of operational and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications according to business requirements.
Perform front-end and back-end development, system integration, and database management.
Analyze user requirements and business needs to define system development requirements.
Develop applications using Java, Spring Framework, and JPA.
Manage and optimize Oracle Database and SQL queries.
Analyze and resolve application and system-related issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Developer or in a similar role.
Experience in the multifinance or financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience developing or maintaining ERP.
