IT Developer Specialist

Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month

Studio Renang is seeking a reliable and skilled IT Developer Specialist to design, develop, maintain, and enhance the company's digital applications to support daily operations and accelerate digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.

• Build robust backend services, business logic, and efficient application workflows.

• Manage databases effectively, covering data structuring, querying, integrity maintenance, and performance optimization.

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs to support seamless communication and inter-system integration.

System Integration

• Integrate internal corporate applications with external systems and third-party services.

• Ensure smooth, secure, and consistent data exchange across all connected systems.

• Coordinate proactively with technology vendors regarding implementation, testing, and resolving integration roadblocks.

Quality & Maintenance

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and bug fixing to ensure application stability against specifications.

• Apply strict coding standards and secure coding practices.

• Monitor application performance, perform regular system enhancements, and support deployment and release management.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (APIs, databases, configurations, and deployment procedures).

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and IT/vendor teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Provide accurate effort estimations, report progress regularly, and identify potential technical risks early.

• Ensure every deployed feature meets rigorous acceptance criteria before production release.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (candidates with strong, demonstrable practical experience are strongly encouraged to apply).

• Around 3–5 years of professional experience in software development, specifically holding a role as a Full Stack or IT Developer.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

• Experienced in backend development using at least one major language/framework (Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, Java, or .NET).

• Strong command of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Proven experience in REST API development and integration, alongside proficiency in Git.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), fundamental application security (authentication/authorization), and systematic troubleshooting skills.

• Highly independent, proactive, strong priority management, and excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience integrating diverse applications via APIs.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or containerization technologies.

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and application performance monitoring (APM).

Keen interest in digital transformation initiatives, dashboard analytics, workflow automation, IoT, or AI adaptation.
