IT DevOps Specialist - Alabang

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. IT Infrastructure & System Management

1. Maintain and monitor company servers, networks, and IT systems.

2. Ensure system availability, stability, and optimal performance.

B. Software Development & DevOps

1. Manage software deployment, updates, and system configurations.

2. Support application development, testing, and CI/CD processes.

C. Cloud & Database Management

1. Administer cloud platforms, hosting services, and databases.

2. Perform system backups, data recovery, and cloud maintenance.

D. System Automation & Integration

1. Develop automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

2. Maintain integrations between company applications and business systems.

E. IT Security & Access Management

1. Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.

2. Manage user accounts, system permissions, and security updates.

F. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

1. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.

2. Provide technical assistance to employees and coordinate with IT vendors.

G. Documentation & Reporting

1. Prepare technical documentation, IT reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Maintain records of system configurations, incidents, and maintenance activities.

H. IT Process Improvement

1. Identify and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure and business systems.

2. Support technology upgrades, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or Systems Administration.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, server administration, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic to intermediate programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, database management, system backups, and data protection.

• Experience in software deployment, system integration, automation, and technical troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and coordinate with different departments.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT systems.
