IT Digital Consultant

Tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the customer needs and with IT management to shape the strategical directions based on internal requirements and market insights (covering problem analysis, diagnosis collection, research, assessment of business operations, conduct interviews, surveys and workshops),

• Proactively identify new opportunities and innovations which ensure the added value solutions for our stakeholders,

• Act as the liaison between stakeholder professionals, IT business domains and technical teams,

• Contribute clients to develop and implement long-term strategies for business growth, operational efficiency or digital transformation,

• Keep up to date with market trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge advice, conduct competitive analysis to help clients stay ahead of industry shifts,

• Prepare comprehensive reports, senior management decision materials, presentations , documentation of findings, solutions and outcomes, track and measure the success of recommendations and solutions to provide insights into actions and long-term effectiveness.

Requirements

• Educational Background: MA/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience: 5-10+ years in IT consulting, IT management, or a similar technical advisory role.

• Working with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic IT initiatives.

• In change management and process optimization within large organizations.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is an advantage.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Hungarian or Slovakian or Croatian language skills are advantage) and with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to distil complex information into clear insights.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.

  • Strong attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, adapting, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices,

  • Solid knowledge of current technology trends, including AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, digital transformation, and data analytics.

  • Solid project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering IT solutions and driving business value.
