Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a unified technology, data, and digital platform strategy
- Own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of digital platforms and web ecosystems.
- Partner closely with Marketing and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Lead engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and IT operations functions.
- Ensure the availability, performance, security, and resilience of business-critical services (Governance)
- Develop and maintain AI-ready platforms, infrastructure, and governance frameworks.
- Translate AI strategy into practical business capabilities and operational solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern engineering, DevOps, and technology operating models.
- Experience building and leveraging data, analytics, and AI capabilities within an organisation.
- Global team management experience (a must)
- Ability to travel to UK once every quarter; In-office 2x per week (Green Point)
