IT Director

Salary: 120-160k THB

The Role

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead day-to-day ICT operations and advise senior management on technology decisions that support both strategy and operations.

You will shape and roll out the organisation’s ICT strategy, operating plans, policies, procedures, systems, and tools — adapting them so they work across every level of the business, including overseas offices where technical oversight is possible. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders and users on IT requirements, and keep network infrastructure secure, stable, and fit for the software and systems the business depends on.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and managers with clear technical input that supports strategic and operational decisions
• Build, implement, and communicate the ICT strategy, operating plan, policies, procedures, systems, and tools, tailored to how the organisation actually works
• Monitor compliance with ICT policies and procedures, and provide quality control for overseas offices where technically feasible
• Manage daily IT operations and coordinate with management and users on IT-related needs
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of IT and support staff, maintaining a high standard of service
• Expand, develop, and monitor ICT and computing provision across the organisation
• Provide a secure and efficient network infrastructure that supports core software and systems
• Work with relevant partners on IT requirements related to airline operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Hands-on ability to set up, install, and troubleshoot systems and applications, especially reservation systems, airport authority systems, and other airline or transportation platforms
• Comfortable working independently in a diverse environment
• Willing and able to travel when required
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai
