Summary:
The IT Director will serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and optimizing the technology landscape across multi-regional footprint. Overseeing cross-border IT operations and project execution, this leader will establish robust governance and operational resilience across all facilities and offices. The primary mandate involves unifying dispersed infrastructure, aligning global and local systems, and driving consistent service delivery standard across cross-functional teams. This IT Director will ensure IT acts as a seamless backbone to supports uninterrupted corporate activities.
Beyond operational management, the core mission of this role is to drive a comprehensive IT portfolio rationalization, to achieve cost-efficiency and operational agility goals. The Director will come up with evaluation logic to streamline the current ecosystem, across legacy applications, enterprise platforms, third-party vendors, and distributed hardware and infrastructure assets.
Additionally, this IT Director will define the enterprise’s IT roadmap and evaluate the introduction and integration of emerging technologies to drive the enhancement of business operations.

Requirements:
- 15+ years’ of progressive IT leadership experience within industrial, supply-chain, logistics or real estate sectors
- Strong strategic mindset backed by sound commercial judgment to formulate, prioritize, and define roadmaps to execute IT portfolio rationalization, streamlining and consolidation initiative
- Successful track records in delivering large-scale IT rationalization programs, including the streamlining of application suites, hardware & infrastructure footprint, and vendor contracts to achieve measurable cost-efficiency goals
- Good knowledge in managing core enterprise technologies, including ERP systems, supply-chain/ engineering software, hybrid cloud, and network infrastructure
- Strategic experience with high-stakes vendor selection, SLA negotiation, partner consolidation, and commercial terms optimization.
- Good experience in portfolio and project management
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge complex technical strategies with executive-level business objectives
- Strong language proficiency in Chinese and English
