You'll play a key role in shaping and supporting our modern workplace environment, ensuring colleagues can collaborate effectively, work securely, and stay productive wherever they are.If you're passionate about Microsoft 365 technologies, enjoy improving user experience, and want to be part of a forward-thinking IT function — we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingAs part of our Modern Workplace team, you'll:Resolve incidents and service requests raised through the Service Desk within agreed SLAs with a focus on root cause analysis and continual improvementInstall, rebuild, repair, and upgrade laptops, desktop computers and peripheralsAssist with new office setups, relocations, and hardware rolloutsManage and optimise device management through Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, including configuration, compliance, and security policiesSupport Microsoft Teams telephony and contact centre solutions, including call queues, auto attendants, and voice-related troubleshooting to ensure reliable communication servicesDeliver high-quality support and engineering across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Support and enhance the end-user experience across laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration toolsAdminister Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, access, and conditional access policiesSupport modern workplace initiatives, such as device rollouts, Autopilot deployments, and Windows lifecycle managementImplement and maintain security and compliance controls across endpoints and M365 servicesContribute to automation and standardisation using tools such as PowerShellMaintain accurate technical documentation, contribute to knowledge sharing, and follow change control processesWork with suppliers and internal teams to deliver scalable, reliable workplace servicesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a passion for user experience and continuous improvement.
