IT End User Support Analyst I

• PC user suppor, new hire system setup, and desktop/laptop software evolutions and upgrades.
• Providesquick repsonse and maximum uptime for all users and perfms end user training when necesary.
• Installs/diagnose/ repairs/ PC hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards and printers.
• Assist in determining suitable sofwarre to meet user requirements.
• Troubleshoots sofware and gardware failure and identifies newtwork problems
• PC systems experience in corporate LAN enviroment (basic Microsoft AD administration desirable), strong undertanding in windorws operating system.
• Basic troubleshooting of IP telephony endpoints (experience with AVAYA or CISCO hardphone/softphone.
