IT Engineer (2 years exp. as IT Engineer)

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 5,500 per month

Talent Requirement:

⮚ Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

⮚1-3 years working experience in Java development, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or other common databases is preferred. (proficient in object-oriented programming, familiar with Spring MVC/Spring Boot API development, and experienced with Spring Data JPA/Hibernate/PostgreSQL)

⮚Responsible for business-related system IT operation & maintenance, including rapid diagnosis and resolution of critical system failures.

⮚Strong communication skills (Mandarin&English speaking, English in writing), strong self-motivation. willing to support night on-call duty when required."We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Compensation & Benefits

1. Salary

   • Monthly base pay

   • 20% salary increase upon confirmation

   • 13th-month salary

2. Insurance

   • Mandatory: EPF, SOCSO, EIS

   • Supplementary medical insurance (after confirmation):

     • Hospitalization: RM 20,000/year

     • General outpatient: unlimited/year

     • Specialist outpatient: RM 1,800/year

3. Leave

   • Annual & sick leave: 14 days each per year

   • After 2 years: Annual 15 days + Sick 16 days

   • After 5 years: Annual 16 days + Sick 20 days

   • All public holidays follow Petailing Jaya calendar

   • Statutory leave (hospitalization, maternity) per Malaysian labor law

4. Overtime

   • Overtime compensated with OT Fee or 1:1 time off in lieu（Valid within 6 months
