Assist with the daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities, performing routine equipment inspections and supporting on-site installation, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities.
Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure stable operation of power, cooling, and server systems.
Support on-site installation, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment.
Maintain relevant documentation and update asset/inventory management systems.
Handle on-site incidents and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow safety and security procedures within the data center environment.
About you
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work.
Detail-oriented with good execution skills and operational awareness.
Able to follow procedures and work well within a team.
Able to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
