IT Engineer
Apixel IT Support Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based IT support and managed services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses across Singapore.
We are looking for a hands-on and motivated IT Engineer to join our team. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in IT support, infrastructure and managed IT services while gaining practical exposure to a wide range of technologies and client environments.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to corporate clients at different client locations across Singapore, as required.
- Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 user account, email and access administration.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of firewalls, switches and wireless access points.
- Assist with server, NAS and other IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Perform preventive maintenance and IT health checks for client environments.
- Assist with endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, MFA and software updates.
- Assist with IT infrastructure deployment, migration, upgrade and implementation projects.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from IT monitoring and security systems.
- Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client IT equipment and configurations.
- Work with senior engineers and vendors to resolve more complex technical issues.
- Provide professional and courteous technical support to clients.
- Participate in scheduled after-hours or weekend project work when required.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
Our engineers work primarily from home with onsite attendance required at different client locations across Singapore when physical support, maintenance or project work is needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
- Entry-level are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant IT support or IT engineering experience will have an advantage.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Able to communicate professionally with both technical and non-technical users.
- Willing to learn new technologies and develop practical IT skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small technical team.
- Responsible, dependable and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Salary
S$2,300 – S$2,600 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience and technical capabilities.
In addition, we offer:
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
- Year-end performance bonus, subject to company and individual performance

- Singapore Citizens;
- Singapore Permanent Residents
- Malaysian / North Asian Source(NAS) nationals holding a valid Singapore Work Permit. (Work Permit sponsorship is subject to prevailing MOM source-country, sector and quota requirements).
North Asian Source (NAS) refers tonationals from Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Macau.

Working Environment
As an IT services company, our engineers support multiple corporate clients and different IT environments.
The role involves a combination of remote support, onsite technical support, preventive maintenance and project work.
You will encounter different technical challenges from day to day, so this role is well suited to someone who enjoys learning, troubleshooting and gaining broad hands-on IT experience.
You are not expected to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you have good fundamentals, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
