Job Description

• To develop and deliver the Microsoft office suite and data analysis training programs as per organization needs.
• To analyze the training needs from organization and make the related training plan.
• To manage and maintain the Learning Management System for organization.
• To involve in training improvement discussion and contribute ideas to team.
• To collaborate with department and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• To keep update with the latest trends, developments, advanced technologies, tools and teaching methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• Have an experience on data analysis with Excel & Microsoft Power BI.
• Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to follow industry trends and best practices.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
