IT Engineer (f/m/x)
Summary
Onsite System Administrator at LiveEO in Berlin, supporting the Workplace IT team: identity & device management (SSO/MDM), SaaS and ITSM administration, basic AWS operations, network and endpoint support across a Mac-heavy mixed macOS/Linux/Windows environment, plus SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable owning problems end-to-end from a laptop enrollment issue to a network outage to an access review ahead of an audit.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone with EU citizenship.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to audiences ranging from engineers to Directors and Senior Directors.
- 5+ years of experience in a system administration, IT infrastructure, or workplace IT role

- Comfortable administering an engineering-facing issue tracker (e.g. Linear or Jira) — user access, project setup, integrations
- Interest in or experience with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) from an admin/governance perspective not coding expertise, but comfort evaluating and rolling out new tools
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to work independently on ambiguous problems
