IT Engineer
Salary: ฿45,000 – ฿60,000 per month
About the role
This is a comprehensive IT support and systems role encompassing ERP system programming, internal application development, server management, network infrastructure support, software administration, daily IT support, and IT security and data protection.
Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems and internal applications.
Analyze user requirements and improve ERP and business processes.
Support ERP data, reports, databases, and system integration.
Manage servers, network infrastructure, backup systems, and IT security.
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot IT issues.
Maintain and support LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure
Provide first-line and second-line technical support to employees
Implement and maintain IT security controls, including user access, passwords, antivirus, firewall, and system security
Qualifications – Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in ERP support and/or IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backup).
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, backup systems and IT security.
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Able to communicate with users and explain technical issues clearly.
Nice-to-have
Python, databases (SQL) and basic Linux server administration.
ERP programming or internal application development experience.
