Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive IT Engineer Intern to support our field IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with clients, troubleshoot issues on-site, and develop essential technical and communication skills. You’ll be part of a knowledgeable team, gaining exposure to various IT environments and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot IT issues at client locations.
  
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  
• Diagnose network, software, and hardware problems and provide effective solutions.
  
• Collaborate with senior IT engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  
• Document support tasks and keep client records up to date.

• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a field support capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Experience with troubleshooting or customer service (preferred but not required).
