Job Description:
Assist in daily IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Support hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure activities.
Assist with IT asset management and documentation.
Support other IT projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
