About the role
As an IT Engineer at Intratech Net Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and IT solutions to our clients. You will be a key member of our IT support team, working collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' technology infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
Troubleshoot and resolve Network, Hardware and Software issues for end-users
Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients
Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and network equipment
Recommend and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Document IT support processes and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
What we're looking for
Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
