IT Engineer

Manage IT infrastructure assets inventory (servers, storage, routers, firewalls, access points, etc.)

Renew yearly IT infrastructure assets maintenance and support contracts (servers, storage, routers, firewalls, access points, etc.)

Perform 2nd level help desk duties to assist helpdesk technicians.

Support new IT infrastructure projects.

Fluent English – you’ll be responsible for supporting all European locations

Knowledge of how to manage Microsoft Active Directory Sites and Services, Users and Computers.

Knowledge and skills how to manage local area networks and wired/wireless networks to connect these devices.

Knowledge in setting up a VMWare hypervisor (standalone/cluster) and configuring the VMWare network and storage for high availability/VMotion.
