IT Engineer

Responsibilities

· Maintain system maintenance, which include backup of server and controllers, troubleshooting and fixing the faulty server & controller.

· Performing periodical Backup, Restoration, and using recovery software.

· Basic knowledge Linux, SQL Server and MS Access databases.

· Maintain network switches & routers and Includes configuration.

· Managing Users, Privileges and Roles.

· Maintain cybersecurity standards, procedures, configurations for the systems and services.

· Monitor and notify security patches releases for the various products.

· Attend security incident response that includes understanding alerts, coordination with various system or service operators, identifying potential threats and performing basic triaging prior to escalation to next level security responder.

· Managing all maintenance breakdown and ensure all faults are attended.

· Supervise onsite installations, testing and commissioning.

· Conduct routine inspection of the premises.

· Site meeting and liaising client.

Requirements

· Relevant University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 3 years’ experience or relevant Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 6 years’ experience

· Class 2 or 3 license holder will be advantage
