IT Engineer (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional Manager, MIS you will provide Level 1 IT support mainly in HES, with extended support to other subsidiary companies as and when require.
  • Responsible as 1st level support for IT operations and continuity of business application software, hardware, and networking.
  • Provide technical support in troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolve issues as 1st level support and IT administrator.
  • Manage and liaise with vendors for purchase/implement/maintenance of hardware/software IT contracts.
  • Coordinate with IT related projects on technological analysis, solutions implementation, administration and maintenance.
  • Regional travel for project implementation support as and when required.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering
  • 1 year of IT work experience preferably in the Manufacturing or Engineering field
  • Knowledge of first-level IT support, including desktop systems, network infrastructure and Microsoft Office applications
  • Work location near Gul Circle MRT
  • Salary up to $4500
