IT Engineer
You will provide Tier 1–2 IT support while managing identity, access, SaaS applications, macOS endpoints, and employee lifecycle workflows. You will troubleshoot recurring issues, improve automation and documentation, coordinate devices and vendor operations, and help maintain secure, auditable IT processes.
Responsibilities
- Support IAM administration, user lifecycle workflows, access provisioning, group management, and MFA
- Assist with SSO and SCIM integrations across IAM and SaaS platforms
- Enforce least-privilege access and support access reviews and audits
- Provision and deprovision access according to lifecycle processes
- Support macOS endpoint management, enrollment, compliance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate device preparation, shipping, replacement, and secure recovery
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, device setup, access enforcement, deactivation, and asset recovery
- Build and maintain low-code and no-code automations
- Document lifecycle processes and improve operational efficiency
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for identity, SaaS, access, and macOS issues
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable operational improvements
- Support vendor onboarding, evaluations, renewals, access reviews, and offboarding
- Improve procurement and asset-tracking processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused experience
- Tier 1–2 IT support experience in a SaaS-heavy environment
- Identity and access management knowledge
- SSO
- SCIM
- MFA
- RBAC
- Okta, Azure AD, or similar IAM platform experience
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 support experience
- macOS support or endpoint-management fundamentals
- Terminal and CLI proficiency
- Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
- Written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
