IT Engineer

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, networks, and related systems.
Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal reliability and security.
Assist in the implementation, deployment, and upgrading of IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
Support server, network, cloud, and endpoint management activities where applicable.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and system configurations.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and industry standards.
Participate in system testing, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, systems administration, or network engineering is preferred.
Basic understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, backup solutions, or firewall technologies is an advantage.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
