WHAT YOU'LL DO

Temos uma vaga para você se tornar Especialista Cloud.

Aqui, seu papel será: - Provisionar e manter infraestrutura em AWS utilizando Terraform, garantindo padronização e reuso de módulos

• Evoluir e sustentar a Landing Zone da organização, assegurando conformidade, governança e segurança
• Gerenciar e otimizar recursos de computação, armazenamento, bancos de dados e rede na AWS
• Implementar e sustentar estratégias de conectividade segura entre ambientes cloud e on-premises (Direct Connect, PrivateLink, VPN)
• Definir e implementar políticas de backup, alta disponibilidade e disaster recovery
• Atuar no troubleshooting de incidentes relacionados à infraestrutura cloud e conectividade
• Apoiar squads de desenvolvimento na utilização adequada dos serviços de plataforma e boas práticas de cloud
• Automatizar processos operacionais e promover melhoria contínua na gestão de recursos cloud
• Realizar análises técnicas e PoCs para adoção de novos serviços e capacidades de plataforma
• Documentar arquiteturas, padrões e procedimentos operacionais

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requisitos Imprescindíveis:

• Conhecimentos avançados em AWS Cloud: proficiência com serviços como EC2, EKS, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, ELB/ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling, entre outros
• Experiência sólida em Infraestrutura como Código (IaC), especialmente com Terraform e CloudFormation, incluindo criação e manutenção de módulos reutilizáveis, controle de estado remoto e boas práticas de versionamento
• Conhecimentos em Arquitetura de Landing Zone na AWS: estruturação de contas (multi-account), AWS Organizations, Control Tower, políticas SCP, baseline de segurança e governança
• Conhecimentos em Sistemas Operacionais Linux e Windows: administração, hardening, troubleshooting, gestão de usuários, processos e serviços
• Conhecimentos em estratégias de Backup e Disaster Recovery: definição de RPO/RTO, snapshots, AWS Backup, replicação entre regiões e testes de restauração
• Experiência com Containers e Orquestração: Docker e Kubernetes (EKS), incluindo deploy, troubleshooting e gestão de clusters
• Conhecimentos em Redes e Conectividade: VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, NACLs, PrivateLink, Direct Connect, VPN Site-to-Site, Transit Gateway e integração com ambientes on-premises
• Experiência com integração e exposição de APIs utilizando API Gateway e arquiteturas orientadas a microsserviços
• Conhecimentos em observabilidade e monitoramento em ambientes cloud: CloudWatch, métricas, logs, tracing distribuído e troubleshooting de infraestrutura
• Experiência com automação de provisionamento, configuração e gestão de ambientes cloud em múltiplas contas e regiões
• Conhecimentos em FinOps e otimização de custos em ambientes AWS

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Certificações AWS: Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps Administrator ou Advanced Networking
• Conhecimento e uso prático de ferramentas de IA de mercado para aumento de produtividade como Devin, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, entre outras
• Conhecimentos em segurança na AWS: IAM avançado, KMS, Secrets Manager, políticas de criptografia e boas práticas de segurança em nuvem
• Experiência com pipelines CI/CD integrados a provisionamento de infraestrutura (ex: GitHub Actions ou GitLab CI)
• Conhecimentos em bancos de dados gerenciados na AWS (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB) e estratégias de alta disponibilidade e multi-region
• Experiência com arquitetura híbrida e integração entre ambientes on-premises e cloud
• Inglês e espanhol avançado para interação com times globais
