IT Engineer / Sr Engineer (Server/DBA /Infrastructure/Office Automation/SFCS)

Candidate must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.

1)IT Engineer / Sr Engineer (Server/DBA Administrator)

Job Responsibilities :-

•Design, configure, maintain, and optimize critical databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, OracleDB, MongoDB) to support high-concurrency and large-scale data processing.

•Experience in K8s (Kubernetes) is a plus.

•Implement and manage database backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies to ensure business continuity.

•Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize SQL queries, index design, and storage engine configurations for performance tuning.

•Troubleshoot complex database issues, including latency, downtime, and scalability challenges under high traffic.

•Document architectures, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and team alignment.

•Implement and enforce database security policies request from Site and Global

•Manage user access controls and permissions.

•Assist in database audits and compliance reporting.

•Participate in disaster recovery planning and drills.

Job Requirements :-

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Server/DBA engineer roles

•Familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL Server, MySQL and DB2) and SQL scripting

•Required skill(s): DB, Servers knowledge

•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients are encouraged to apply

•Provide after office hours support to users should systems face any problems or abnormalities.

Must willing to work Overtime and able to do Shift Work. Allowance and OT will be paid accordingly.

2)IT Engineer / Sr Engineer (Infrastructure/Office Automation/ Server)

Job Responsibilities:

-To handle overall IT activities and ensure IT operations are run smoothly.

-Perform daily support/operation of the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printers, backup/recovery and network infrastructure VPN and Servers.-Responsible in liaison of software licensing, IT equipment purchase and control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly.

-Develop and maintain local network in ways that optimize performance.

-Responsibilities for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities.

-Periodical back up data of company data file.

-Keep track all user’s issue was reported and solve the problem with teamwork.

-Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources. Assist in any ad hoc assignment as assigned by superior.

-Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with highly challenging environment, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure.

-Work closely with other department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

-Required skill(s): LAN networks, hardware, software & networking, Switches, CCTV, PABX, Access security etc.

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin language added advantage

-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
